The Villa and Cottages at Palmeiras are self-catering, but to make life a little easier, let us do the shopping! That way, you can arrive to a hamper full of fresh, seasonal produce, with everything you need for the first evening or morning of your holiday.

Brunch Hamper (for morning arrivals)

Cereal, traditional Portuguese bread,
Milk (soya or rice milk on request)
Eggs, butter,
Homemade jam, lemon curd or local honey
Pasteis de Natas (small Portuguese custard tarts - made locally)
Seasonal fruit
Drinking water, fruit juice, tea (herbal on request) & ground coffee
Petit Filou or natural yoghurts, children’s animal biscuits

€35 Serves up to 2 adults & 2 pre-school children .
€10 supplement per extra person.

Evening Hamper

Typical Portuguese breads
Local olives, artisan meats and cheeses
Sardine pate
Ingredients and dressing for a salad
Pasta and a home-made "ragu" sauce
Wine. beer and drinking water
Tea, coffee and milk for the morning

€50, serves up to 2 adults and 2 children,
€10 supplement per extra person

Tapas

In addition, we can also provide a selection of homemade Tapas.

A selection of dips, pates, marinated olives, mini tortillas, sweet & sour aubergines, grilled vegetables, selection of salads and bread.
